These were in the possession of a Monopoly game collector… they had stuff from the 50’s to the 70’s-80’s and these 2 odd factory injection mould errors were in the lot. I don’t know how they could have made it past inspection, unless this person worked for the company. It was somebody who passed that owned these and they were in an estate sale.
