GORGEOUS-RARE-1989 Windsor Art Decorative Resting Wall Hanging Art Horses & Dogs

I have a gorgeous & vintage wall hanging. It was made way back in 1989 by Windsor Art Products Inc. USA. It has some horses with men wearing red coats & a bunch of dogs around them. It shows one of the men talking to a victoria looking couple outside. It is marked on the backside G740128403 Resting. It still has the original retail sticker of $60 from JC Penney. The print inside looks awesome with no apparent issues. The paper on the backside has a little staining & a couple of torn spots, but nothing major, & the brown frame shows some wear & tear, not too bad at all, & it has a shiny gold metal border near the outside edge, with a shiny gold colored square around the print on the inside. The frame is about 14"x14". Please look at all the pictures before you buy it, so you can judge the condition yourself.You could always buy a new frame to display this rare wall hanging in.
