1 - INSERT BATTERIES (NOT INCLUDED)
2 - PLACE BATTERY COMPARTMENT ON BASE.
3 - ALIGN THE TABS ON BOTTOM OF GREEN COVER TO BASE.
4 - PUSH DOWN AND TURN CLOCKWISE.
