Potion Explosion (3rd Edition)

Gather an ingredient marble from the dispenser, then link marbles of the same hue to collect them as well! Utilize the ingredients amassed to complete your potions, score points, and then consume them to unleash their magical prowess! In 'Potion Explosion', 2 to 4 players are students sitting for the final potions exam! Their goal? Complete potions using collected marbles, drink them to unleash power, and ultimately become the 'Student of the Year'! To concoct your potions, take one ingredient marble from the dispenser each turn, and cause ingredients of the same color to collide, making them 'explode' (and collect them too)! The larger the explosions, the quicker you'll brew your potions! Each potion recipe requires between 4 and 7 ingredients, represented by holes on the potion tiles. Place marbles of the correct color on your potion tiles: when all holes are filled with a matching marble, the potion is complete. Each potion is worth points based on ingredients needed and the strength of its magical power. Completing 3 potions with the same power, or 5 with different powers, earns a skill token, worth 4 points. Once required skill tokens are awarded, the game ends, and the player with the most points wins!
