This filter is ideal for applications involving compressed air lines, vacuum pumps, or instrument exhaust emissions. The capsule contains a high-purity granular activated carbon and has a pleated glass Microfiber HEPA filter at the base of the unit which retains 99.97 percent of all particles greater than 0.3Μm. The in-line filter device features a high purity polypropylene housing with a 1/2 inch (12 mm) hose barb Inlet and 3/8 inch to 1/2 inch (10 to 12 mm) stepped barb Outlet. Typical applications include water, chemical and reagent purification, odor control, vacuum pump outlets, decolorizing and oil clarification.
